Welcome to 906fire.com. The 906fire.com website (the”Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by The Fire Station,LLC (“The Fire Station”). 906fire.com is offered to you conditionedon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, andnotices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of 906fire.comconstitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these termscarefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
906fire.com is an E-Commerce Site.
906FIRE.COM is used for informational purposes, as well as forplacing online pre-orders for licensed cannabis products in the State ofMichigan in accordance with the Michigan Regulation and Taxation ofMarijuana Act, Medical Marijuana Facilities Licensing Act, and all otherapplicable State Laws. Any products listed in the web-store for shippingare accessory items such as clothing or CBD only. CBD products contain0.3 percent or less THC, and are done so in accordance with State andFederal Law. We, under no circumstances, mail or ship productsconsidered to be marijuana products.
Visiting 906fire.com or sending emails to The Fire Stationconstitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electroniccommunications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosuresand other communications that we provide to you electronically, viaemail and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that suchcommunications be in writing.
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining theconfidentiality of your account and password and for restricting accessto your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for allactivities that occur under your account or password. You may not assignor otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. Youacknowledge that The Fire Station is not responsible for third partyaccess to your account that results from theft or misappropriation ofyour account. The Fire Station and its associates reserve the right torefuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit contentin our sole discretion.
The Fire Station does not knowingly collect, either online oroffline, personal information from persons under the age of 21, orunder the age of 18 without a valid Medical Marijuana Card. If you areunder 18, you may not use 906fire.com.
We do not accept returns, once the product transaction iscompleted, we are unable to accept it back. If a product is defective ornot working, please message us. We can exchange defective products.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property

Your use of the Site doesnot entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content,and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights orattribution notices in any content. You will use protected contentsolely for your personal use, and will make no other use of the contentwithout the express written permission of The Fire Station and thecopyright owner. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rightsin any protected content. We do not grant you any licenses, express orimplied, to the intellectual property of The Fire Station or ourlicensors except as expressly authorized by these Terms.
Third Party Accounts
You will be able to connect your The Fire Station account to thirdparty accounts. By connecting your The Fire Station account to yourthird party account, you acknowledge and agree that you are consentingto the continuous release of information about you to others (inaccordance with your privacy settings on those third party sites). Ifyou do not want information about you to be shared in this manner, donot use this feature.
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by The FireStation from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from alocation outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with alllocal laws. You agree that you will not use the The Fire Station Contentaccessed through 906fire.com in any country or in any mannerprohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Fire Station,its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for anylosses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney’sfees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use theSite or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of anyterms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a thirdparty, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.The Fire Station reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume theexclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject toindemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with TheFire Station in asserting any available defenses.
In the event the parties are not able to resolve any disputebetween them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, orany provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at lawor in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall beresolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the FederalArbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator andadministered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similararbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutuallyagreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator’s award shall be final, andjudgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. In theevent that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitrationarises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the prevailingparty shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney’sfees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regardsto these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result ofthese Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, includingTort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The partiesagree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation andenforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scopeand enforceability of this arbitration provision shall be determined bythe Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the terminationof these Terms and Conditions.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take placeon an individual basis; class arbitrations andclass/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIESAGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH’SINDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANYPUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS INTHE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER.Further, unless both you and The Fire Station agree otherwise, thearbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and maynot otherwise preside over any form of a representative or classproceeding.
