Children’s Privacy

You must be 21 or older to sue our Services, or 18 years or older with a valid Medical Marijuana registry identification card. Our Services are not intended for individuals under 21 years of age (unless a person is 18 years of age with a valid Medical Marijuana registry identification card, which will be referred to as the “Exception”). 

 

Except for the Exception, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 21. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that you’re Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us at contact@906fire.com. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Loyalty Program Privacy Statement

Your consent

By signing up for TFS’s loyalty program, you consent:

  • to receive marketing communications via text message, calls, email, direct mail, or other outreach channels. 

  • that you are of legal age to receive communications related to the services and products. 

Personalized communications

As a member of TFS’s loyalty program, you understand that you are allowing TFS and its technology provider to retain your personal contact details and engagement history for use in personalized marketing, including but not limited to name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

We will retain your purchase history and use details of the products you have previously purchased to make suggestions to you for other products in which we believe you will also be interested in.

  • Email messaging: Opt out of email messages by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any TFS message.  

  • Direct mail: Opt out of direct mail by emailing your name, physical address, email address and phone number to contact@906fire.com with the subject line “Opt out of direct mail”. 

Other Privacy Rights Based on Residency 

Pursuant to California Civil Code Sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to ask us for a notice identifying the categories of personal Information that we share with our affiliates and/or third parties for marketing purposes, and providing contact information for such affiliates and/or third parties. If you are a California resident and would like a copy of this notice, please submit a written request to contact@906fire.com. We will respond to one request per California customer each year, and we do not respond to requests made by means other than as set forth above.

California Do Not Track Disclosure: Do Not Track is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. When a user turns on the Do Not Track signal, the browser sends a message to websites requesting them not to track the user. At this time, we do not respond to Web browser “do not track” settings or signals.
